My Demo portfolio — management reporting made easy by AI

Dashboards, Process Improvement, and Forecasting

Peruse a dozen or so management apps across hospitals, DevOps, restaurants, and college basketball "fandom" — each one a realistic, operable demo of AI-aided application development, NOT a static slide deck.

Welcome to Bill’s Web Application Demo Site

This site is a portfolio of diverse software applications that I developed with AI coding assistance. Feel free to peruse the various management reporting, forecasting and process improvement demos I’ve created in the disparate industries that are most meaningful to me: Hospitals, Software Development, Restaurant Management and College Sports. No doubt your company visualization platform produces more sophisticated dashboards with powerful filters and graphic options. I’ve no interest in competing with business intelligence offerings. With a bit of time on my hands these days, I just thought I’d demo and document my “journey” into AI-aided custom software development. At the same time, in my opinion, there’s always a business case for rapid, custom app development, whether to prototype a new product or solve a simple corporate need quickly, effectively and inexpensively.

As long as you are here, check some of my recommendations and observations I captured in the “About This Site” web page. I am by no means an expert or an “early adopter” of AI. I do know that for many organizations AI is still too risky, controversial or unproven for routine use. My narrow experiment was enough for me to conclude it’s worthwhile for organizations and public entities to invest in mitigating those risks. Granted my view is narrowly focused on application development, but there’s no doubt in my mind that used properly, AI can accelerate development and improve code quality.
